How are candidates notified of the Code of Conduct policy?
When a candidate is invited to Woven, an intro email is sent to the candidate that includes a link to the candidate journey page, which goes over the Woven process and steps to get started. On this page, there is a link to the prep guide, which lets candidates know everything they need to know to be successful. This is one place where we state to candidates that they can not use AI.

Once a candidate starts their assessment, before each scenario is started, the candidate does have to acknowledge the following message:

• Assistance from Al (e.g. ChatGPT) or other humans is a Code of Conduct violation and
will disqualify you as a candidate. This ensures a fair and authentic assessment of skills and abilities.
