Increasing Scenario Time Limits
We don't increase time limits for individual scenarios in a work simulation on a per-customer basis. If we increase the time limit, this will have to go into effect for all customers.
When we build a new scenario, the time limit is a big consideration in our rubric and scoring.
For this reason, we also invite your hiring managers and engineers to benchmark the work simulation. If we increase the time limit significantly, we're afraid that compromises the integrity of the premise of the scenario and how we score it.
We want to make sure we're delivering you a strong signal, but want to hear from you if over time you feel that candidates feel pressed for time and the scores are too low on average to indicate the timing is appropriate.
Please feel free to reach out to your CSM in your Woven Slack channel, or email help@woventeams.com if you have any questions or concerns!
