Integrating Greenhouse with Woven
Woven’s integration with Greenhouse Recruiting allows you to seamlessly embed Woven's technical assessments in your interview plan. Your engineering team will save time and interview with more confidence that you’re speaking with complete engineers whose skills meet the mark.
There are two ways to integrate Woven with Greenhouse.
- The newer, recommended Woven / Greenhouse integration
This integration allows you to set up Woven as a take-home step in your Greenhouse inteview process. You can choose which Woven work sim to send when a candidate advances to that stage, as well as exactly when you send it. Greenhouse will automatically email the responsible party when the Woven recommendation is complete and posted to Greenhouse. - The legacy Woven / Greenhouse integration
You can still use the legacy Greenhouse integration. This will allow you to set up a Woven stage that automatically triggers the right assessment, but does not act like a Greenhouse take-home. The work sim will be sent immediately upon entering the stage, and no notification will be sent from Greenhouse to the interviewer once the recommendation is delivered.
