How to Create a Support Ticket

  1. Tickets are created in our shared Slack channel by using the Ticket Emjoi
  2. Under the message you create or under the message in Slack click on the Ticket Emoji as a reaction which will automatically create a ticket
  3. You will know a ticket has been created once this icon appears below your message
