How to Add a team member in the Woven Dashboard

Add a user

1. Navigate to your dashboard

2. Click on your name

3. Click on Manage team

4. Click on Invite user

5. Type the user's name and email

6. Click Send

If your company uses a Woven Slack channel - #woven yourcompanyname - you will also need to ensure your team member is added to the Slack channel, since logging into Woven will prompt you to login with your Woven Slack authentication as shown below.

If you or a team member has any issues accessing the Woven dashboard, please contact support.

To deactivate a user

  1. On the manage team page, next to the name toggle the button to "deactivate"
    1. You can always reactivate if needed.
