How to interpret a candidate's score who has previously taken the Woven assessment
In some cases, you may see on a candidate's recommendation, that they have taken the scenarios before. In these cases, you will notice a table with previous scores and current scores.
Depending on the number of days between when the assessments were taken, a % of the previous score will be considered.
- Less than 30 days = 100% of prior scenario scores and 0% of the new score
- 30-60 days = 80% of prior scenario scores and 20% of new score
- For more than 150 days we use 100% of the new score

Can I see the previous assessment?

How do I evaluate if someone has already seen the scenarios and been given feedback?
Look at how many days ago the candidate took the assessment, if it was under 30 days, that previous attempt is a better representation of underlying capability.
